Mercedes-Benz. The company will finally stop building the R-class wagon for this market (it still sells the wagon in other markets) at the end of 2012, a full two years after its "sell by" date. Too bad they can't take the hint on smart.
Datsun. Nissan plans on bringing back the Datsun brand name for use in emerging markets. Come to think of it, we were better off with Datsun in this market too. Datsun: We Are Driven was one of the most memorable automotive ad themes of all time.
